Getting help¶
The RAIL Container Platform is Kubernes compliant. Thus, standard Kubernetes documentation is a prime source of help. The particularities of the RAIL platform is described throughout this documentation site. The main source of help if you run into trouble or want to discuss challenges using the RAIL Container Platform is through the RAIL Teams channel. There, fellow RAIL users can respond to your challenges and share their knowledge and experiences.
Bug and issue reporting¶
It may sometimes be unclear whether certain behaviour is a bug or a feature. If you do discover a bug in the platform, you can post an issue in the issue board and tag it with the Bug label. You can also post other issues here, but general questions should rather be posted the Teams channel.
Feature requests¶
Priorities for the RAIL Core Team, including implementing new features, are discussed and decided upon in a monthly meeting. Participants include the RAIL Core Team members and stakeholders from different parts of the IT Division. You may post feature requests in the same issue board mentioned above. Feature requests will be considered, but not necessarily be accepted, by the meeting.
